Your visit will include:

The annual Well Woman Exam is a fundamental part of medical care and is valuable in promoting prevention practices, recognizing risk factors for disease and identifying medical problems. The performance of a physical examination is a key part of this visit, and the components of that examination may vary depending on your age and risk factors. During this visit the physician or Nurse Practitioner will check your thyroid and perform a breast exam, pelvic exam and Pap smear. You can also be tested for STDs during your exam if requested. If a mammogram screening is recommended (generally for those over 40), Obria will refer you to an OB/GYN or low-cost clinic for further evaluation.
What are Obria’s Pregnancy COVID-19 Policies?
Obria Medical Clinics continues to remain open and has taken all necessary precautions to protect our patients, staff, and volunteers from COVID-19. All persons seeking services from Obria will be screened prior to entry into the Clinic. Masks are required for all staff, volunteers, and patients.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome; however, it is best to make an appointment to minimize your office wait time, please call us @ 541 258-3500 or make an appointment.
At what point should I schedule an appointment?
We recommend you make an appointment if you are experiencing any UTI symptoms.
What should I expect when I come in for my initial visit?
After completing paperwork, you will meet with our medical professionals to review your medical information and test and if appropriate treat your condition.
Is there a fee for your services?
All our services are provided at low or no cost.
What will I need to bring with me when I come in?
All you need is photo ID.
Can I bring anyone with me?
Absolutely, you can bring your boyfriend, family member or friend. We will talk with you privately first. Then provided you have given us consent to have them in the room, your guest will be able to join you.
What if my boyfriend or parent calls to see if I came in?
We adhere to a strict HIPAA privacy and confidentiality laws. Patients will be protected from disclosure of information that violates their right to privacy except where required by law, required for public health reasons, required to avert a threat of harm to the patient or a third person, or when other circumstances may reasonably warrant such use or disclosure without prior authorization (e.g., abuse reporting, suicide/homicide prevention, etc.)
